Terms

Price of the Complete Package includes two days installation and training,
with Danny Weibling and Lisa Peters. Travel, food and three nights lodging
expenses are additional. For Remote Sites, training is $500 per day, plus
travel and meals, and three nights lodging. Regional training for multiple
offices can be arranged.

Your current client data and histories, if any, can usually be successfully
transferred to TradeWorks at a nominal fee, payable in your trade dollars
or BANC Dollars.

Annual Maintenance includes up to two hours of telephone support and operational
assistance each month. At least one annual update will be released. $600
per year for Complete Package; $400 per year for each Remote Site.

All prices subject to applicable sales tax, if any. Terms and financing
available. Major credit cards may be accepted for the down payment only.
*$350 for each additional computer (price subject to market changes).

DWW Software will finance your purchase of the complete TradeWorks license
with down payment and payment terms that will accommodate most situations.

The down payment is paid in two installments: half to secure the contract
and half when TradeWorks is installed and training is complete. Monthly
payments begin thirty days after installation.

After payments are completed you will receive a non-expiring version of
the programs. Use of the Software is subject to the terms and conditions
of the “License For Use and Annual Software Maintenance Agreement.”

Price includes two days installation and training by Danny Weibling and
Lisa Peters. Travel from Licensor’s place of business, three night’s lodging
and meal expenses paid by Licensee. Additional training is available at
$500 per day plus one night’s lodging and meals.

TradeWorks Software can be successfully installed in two days, provided
your network is fully operational. It is highly recommended that your network
consultant be available to come in if necessary during the installation
of the Software.
Your current client data and histories, if any, can usually be successfully
transferred to TradeWorks at a nominal additional charge ($500 - $1,000
or even less), payable in your trade dollars or BANC dollars.
