Tech Support

The folks who use our software call us for technical support. Toll free. They have our office, fax, email, pager, cell phone and home phone numbers. And they can call any time. Really. We’ve taken calls between rides at Disneyland; between flights at the airport; early Sunday mornings. We can’t solve every problem. Lots of calls are really equipment, network or printer glitches. Sometimes we can help with those, too.

Installation and Training

We install TradeWorks personally. If your network is in good shape, you can be up and running in as little as a day. And we’ll transfer the data from your old software so you don’t have to type in all that information. We provide the financing. And two full days of training for you and your staff. And a manual.
